Abu Dhabi's has recorded AED 80.1 billion worth of non-oil foreign trade during H1 2018, according to local newswire, WAM.
According to the Statistics Centre- Abu Dhabi, the emirate's non-oil exports increased by 10.5 per cent to AED 11.08 billion during H1 compared to AED 10.9 billion during the corresponding period in 2017 and re-exports grew significantly by 10.5 per cent from AED11.12 billion.
The emirate's non-oil trade surged to a one-month peak of AED 12.4 billion in June 2018, a growth of 30 per cent from the same month last year.
The statistics cover the emirate's non-oil trade conducted through its land, sea and air ports, however it does not include all the emirate's trade with the outer world or with country's other emirates.
