ADNIC receives ISO 10002:2018 for complaints management

Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company (ADNIC) has received the certificate for adhering to the latest version of ISO 10002:2018 guidelines for complaints handling from Lloyds Registered Quality Assurance (LRQA).

Abdulla Al Nuaimi, the Executive Chief Officer – Shared Services at ADNIC, said, “We embrace international best practises when it comes to conducting our business, and that is the reason our customers have unshakeable faith in us.”

The ISO 10002:2018 guidelines improves customer understanding of what to expect from an organisation in terms of its products and relations with customers.
