Dubai-based Badwa Capital has launched a $100 million investment management business.
In a statement, Badwa Capital stated that the new division will primarily focus on yielding infrastructure as well as real estate assets and these investments will be deployed through sale-leaseback, built-to-suit as well as other types of transactions.
Fawzi Jumean, Chairman and Partner at Badwa Capital, said, “Through our new platform, we are well-positioned to support companies pursuing asset-light strategies while generating attractive risk-adjusted returns for our investors.”
The firm will continue to focus on growing its financial advisory business.
