Avaya Holdings Corporation has partnered with Standard Chartered to deliver Avaya OneCloud Private solution to enable the Bank to align its services with clients’ fast-paced, digitally connected lives.
Avaya stated that the Standard Chartered Avaya implementation is designed to allow the lender to effectively service its clients, while building a foundation that anticipates contact centre channels that have not yet emerged.
Nidal Abou-Ltaif, the President of Avaya International, said, “This partnership is a ringing endorsement of the next-generation possibilities afforded by Avaya’s cloud offerings.”
The lender’s continued investment in its digital capabilities saw an increase in customers’ digital adoption, posting a 49 per cent increase in clients who are actively using online or mobile banking compared to 45 per cent in 2017.
